Description
This course covers ethical rules and standards governing paralegals, attorneys and the legal profession overal. Students will also develop skills to interview clients and witnesses, and investigative tasks associated with legal analysis and proceedings. PREREQUISITE: Admission to the Paralegal Program or instructor approval.
