Description

This course is a continuation of the overall civil litiagtion process and will explore in depth pre-trial procedures advancing into post-trial practices. Students will learn the rules that govern civil litigation and the stages of civil litigation that involve the paralega. Students will learn processes associated with discovery, document requests, admission requests, settlements, dismissals, evidence gathering, motions, trial techniques, and post-trial pracice relative to the civil litigation process. PREREQUISITE: Admission to the Paralegal Program or instructor approval. COREQUISITE: PLGL 105 Paralegal: Civil Procedure I.
