Description

This course is designed for the student to use the nursing process in promoting the functional health patterns of the bio-psychosocial. spiritual state of adult patients in conditions of the sensory, respiratory, endocrine, gastorintestinal, urinary, reporductive, and integumentary systems. Concepts of mental health nursing are introduced. The primary clinical emphasis is with the adult patient in the acute health care setting. Prerequisite: NURS 111, NURS 121
