This course is an introduction to the American business system and the organization of production and markets in a free-enterprise capitalist economy. Students are given an orientation to the basic functional areas of business and familiarized with the kind of work activity carried out in each area. Business related areas studied are: management, marketing,financing, record and information maintenance. The social and legal environment of business is also studied. KRSN Transfer Number: BUS 1020
